This legal notice and information (hereinafter, the “Legal Notice”) regulates the use of the service of the Internet site “www.airplastic.es” (hereinafter, the “Site”) which Embalajes AIRPLASTIC, S. L. U. (hereinafter, «AIRPLASTIC»), with registered address at Polígono Industrial Malpica, Calle E, Parcelas, 29-30-31, naves 12-13-14, 50016 Zaragoza, Spain; with Tax Identificaction Number B-50854165 makes available to Internet users.
The use of the Site attributes the condition of user of the Site (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice in the version published by AIRPLASTIC at the time same in which the User accesses the Site. Consequently, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice on each of the occasions in which he intends to use the Site, since it may be modified.
The use of certain services offered to Users through the Site is subject to its own specific conditions (hereinafter, the “Specific Conditions”) that, depending on the case, replace, complete and/or modify this Legal Notice. Through the Site, AIRPLASTIC provides Users with access to and use of various services and content (hereinafter, the “Services”) made available by AIRPLASTIC or by third parties.
2. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE SITE

The provision of the Services, by AIRPLASTIC, is free for the Users. Notwithstanding the foregoing, some of the Services provided by AIRPLASTIC or by third parties through the Site are subject to the payment of a price in the manner determined in the corresponding Specific Conditions.
2.2. User Registration
In general, the provision of the Services does not require the prior subscription or registration of the Users. However, AIRPLASTIC conditions the use of some of the Services to the prior completion of the relevant User registration. Likewise, AIRPLASTIC makes available to Users some Services whose use requires the completion of additional registration. The aforementioned registration will be carried out in the manner expressly indicated in the service itself or in the Specific Conditions that regulate it.
23. Accuracy of information
All information provided by the User through the Services must be truthful. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated as a result of completing the forms necessary for subscribing to the Services. Likewise, it will be the responsibility of the User to keep all the information provided to AIRPLASTIC permanently updated so that it matches, at all times, the real situation of the User. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and any damage caused to AIRPLASTIC or third parties by the information provided.
2.4. Minors
To make use of the Services, minors must previously obtain permission from their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be considered responsible for all acts carried out by minors in their charge.
The full responsibility in determining the specific contents and Services to which minors have access corresponds to the adults in whose charge they are. As the Internet makes it possible to access content that may not be appropriate for minors, Users are informed that there are mechanisms, specifically filter and blocking software, that allow the available content to be limited and, although not infallible, it is especially useful for controlling and restricting the materials that minors can access.

In accordance with the provisions of clause 3.5, the Users agree to use the content made available to Users on the Site, understanding by such, without this list being limiting, the texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons , technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the “Content”), in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, the Specific Conditions of certain Services and others notices, regulations of use and instructions made known to them, as well as with morality and generally accepted good customs and public order, and, specifically, they undertake to refrain from:
(a) Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available or in any other way publicly communicate, transform or modify the Contents, unless you have the authorization of the owner of the corresponding rights or this is legally permitted;
(b) Deleting, manipulating or in any way altering the «copyright» and other identification data of the reservation of rights of AIRPLASTIC or its owners, of the digital prints or of any other technical means established for its recognition.
The User must refrain from obtaining and even attempting to obtain the contents by using means or procedures other than those that, depending on the case, have been made available for this purpose or have been indicated for this purpose on the web pages where the Content is found or, in general, those that are commonly used on the Internet for this purpose, provided that they do not entail a risk of damage or disablement of the Site, the Services and/or the Contents.
2.7. Introduction of hyperlinks that allow access to the web pages of the Site and the Services
Users and, in general, those who intend to establish a hyperlink between their website and the Site (hereinafter, the “Hyperlink”) must comply with the following conditions:
(a) The Hyperlink will only allow access to the home-page or home page of the Site, but may not reproduce them in any way.
(b) A frame will not be created on the web pages of the Site;
(c) No false, inaccurate or incorrect statements or indications will be made about AIRPLASTIC, its management, its employees, the web pages of the Site and the Services provided;

(e) With the exception of those signs that are part of the Hyperlink itself, the web page on which the Hyperlink is established will not contain any trademark, trade name, establishment sign, denomination, logo, slogan or other distinctive signs belonging to AIRPLASTIC;
(f) The web page on which the Hyperlink is established shall not contain illicit information or content, or that contrary to morality and generally accepted good customs and public order, nor will it contain content contrary to any rights of third parties. The establishment of the Hyperlink does not imply in any case the existence of relations between AIRPLASTIC and the owner of the web page in which it is established, nor the acceptance and approval by AIRPLASTIC of its contents or services.
3. NO LICENSE
All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind that appear on the Site are the property of AIRPLASTIC or third parties, without it being understood that the use or access to the Site and/or the Services attributes to the User any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.
Likewise, the Contents are the intellectual property of AIRPLASTIC or third parties, and under the provisions of this Legal Notice, none of the exploitation rights that exist or may exist over such Contents beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Site and the Services may be deemed to have been assigned to the Users.
